Accessibility Statement
Our approach to accessible spaces and an accessible website experience.
Our Commitment
Regalis Workspace is built around the idea that a well-designed workspace should work for everyone who uses it. We apply the same thinking to this website.
We want every visitor, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology, to be able to read about our spaces, understand our services, and reach our team without difficulty.
Standards We Aim to Follow
We follow widely accepted accessible design practices rather than treating accessibility as a checklist at the end of a project. In practice, that means:
- Readable contrast between text and its background, including text placed over photography.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus state on links, buttons and form fields.
- Meaningful alternative text on images, and decorative imagery marked so assistive technology can skip it.
- Clear heading structure so pages can be scanned and navigated by structure.
- Responsive layouts that reflow cleanly across phone, tablet and desktop, and remain usable when text is enlarged.
- Form fields with visible labels and clear, descriptive error and confirmation messages.
- Motion and hover effects kept understated, and reduced where a visitor's device requests reduced motion.
Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time fix. As we add pages, imagery and features, we review them for contrast, keyboard access, structure and clarity, and we correct issues as part of normal site maintenance.
Our physical spaces are reviewed in the same spirit, covering step-free access to shared areas, circulation space, signage clarity and accessible washroom facilities where the building allows. If you plan to visit and want to confirm specific arrangements in advance, our team is happy to walk you through them.
Known Limitations
We are not aware of significant barriers on this site at present. Any limitations identified, whether by our team or reported by a visitor, will be listed here and addressed as part of our ongoing work.
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps or scheduling tools, may not be fully under our control. Where that affects your experience, please tell us and we will provide the same information in an accessible format.
How to Report an Issue
If you encounter anything on this site or in our spaces that is difficult to access, please tell us. Email hello@regalisworkspace.com with the page address or location, a short description of the problem, and the device or assistive technology you were using.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two working days and will work with you on a fix or an alternative way to get the information you need.
For clarifications, write to us at hello@regalisworkspace.com.
