Acceptance of Terms
By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, or requesting a tour or booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These terms govern your use of the website and the information published on it. The commercial relationship for any workspace, managed office, GCC or partnership engagement is governed by the separate agreement signed for that engagement.
Use of the Website
You may use this site to learn about our spaces and services, to contact us, and to request a tour or proposal. Please use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors.
The following activities are not permitted:
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting environment or any connected system.
- Submitting false, misleading or impersonating information through our forms.
- Using automated tools to scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or contact details.
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code, or attempting to disrupt the availability of the site.
- Copying or republishing our content, imagery or design for commercial purposes without written permission.
Intellectual Property
The Regalis Workspace name, logo, brand identity, written content, photography, illustrations, layout and design of this website are owned by Regalis Workspace or licensed to us for our use.
You may view and share links to our pages. You may not reproduce, adapt or redistribute our branding or content without our prior written consent. Third-party names or marks that appear on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
Services Overview
Regalis Workspace provides premium office infrastructure across several service lines:
- Coworking, including day passes, hot desks and dedicated desks.
- Managed offices, delivered and operated to a client's specification.
- GCC solutions, covering setup and scaling of global capability centre operations.
- Partner Program, for property owners and investors working with us.
- Workspace Build & Launch, for design, fit-out and handover of new workspaces.
Each service is contracted separately
Descriptions on this website are indicative and are provided for information only. Every engagement is subject to a separate written agreement signed at the time of booking or partnership, which sets out the specific scope, term, pricing, house rules and refund terms that apply. Where anything on this website differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence.
Enquiries & Bookings
Submitting an enquiry form, requesting a proposal or booking a tour does not create a binding contract and does not reserve any space, desk or cabin. It is a request for information or a visit.
A booking becomes binding only once we have confirmed availability in writing, the applicable agreement or booking confirmation has been issued and accepted, and any required payment has been received. Pricing, availability and inclusions can change until that point.
Limitation of Liability
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and the site available, but we provide it on an as-is basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy.
To the extent permitted by law, Regalis Workspace is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or loss of data arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published here. Liability arising in connection with a contracted service is governed by the limits set out in the relevant signed agreement.
